Brady Creek Contracting stands behind their product and installations! We offer a 1 year warranty against failure of product due to installation error , faulty product and workmanship including de-lamination (peeling).
Some exclusions to warranty do exist:
- Brady Creek can not control the concrete substrate below the surface. This would include (not limited to) damage to the epoxy from foundation issues , heaving , shifting, settling of slab or joints.
- Moisture issues , osmotic or minerals rising from the concrete causing peeling, blistering , bubbles or other issues. These go hand-in-hand with substrate issues that are out of our control. Moisture intrusion, efflorescence and hydro static pressure.
- Harsh Chemicals being spilled causing damage or staining ( Battery acid, brake fluid, industrial solvents or strippers, paint stripper or any other acidic fluid etc)
- Improper repairs / repair attempts made by the homeowner or other companies that did not install the epoxy flooring
- Crack lines and holes that existed prior to epoxy floor and have been filled can not be guaranteed. We cannot control additional cracking / movement of those existing cracks. We fill crack lines for aesthetics.
- Lack of cleaning or cleaning with aggressive tools / chemicals
- Heavy scratches, damage from impact, tires spinning , studded tires, burns / exposure to high heat or open flame
- Driving or parking on floor before indicated after install . (2 days for light items and 7 days before vehicles)
- Blemish rule. Although we strive for absolute perfection , it is not always possible. We allow a very small amount of abnormalities on the finish product . ( Small bubble, faint crack lines, roller / squeegee marks ,foreign matter lands in material while curing)
- Colour abnormalities. We strive to make sure we use the same " Batch" of epoxy and colours on a single job to limit this. Manufacturing of this product can have very small changes in batches (tints, dyes etc) from one mix to another.
Trailer Floors :
- Although our epoxy system in extremely tough and long lasting, there are limitations. Due to the system being installed on a wood surface that is flexing and bouncing in a moving vehicle we can not control the stability of the substrate. Brady Creek does not offer warranty on trailer floors. This can be explained fully with a customer in person prior to application.
